Can you purchase items from abroad for me?
Yes, if you want to buy an item from Turkey, Germany, or Italy, we can make the purchase on your behalf. Then, you can select a traveler from our platform to receive the item at your destination.

For Senders

How can I register my item for delivery?
First, register on our website. Then, enter the details of your item (weight, size, destination, etc.) and wait for a suitable traveler to be matched.
How is the delivery cost calculated?
The delivery cost is calculated as follows:
  • For items up to 10 kg, the cost is based on dividing the traveler’s ticket price by the baggage allowance.
  • For weights over 10 kg, the extra cost is calculated at half the price.
  • The minimum payment equals three kilograms of baggage.
Example: If the traveler’s ticket costs 3,000 USD and the baggage allowance is 30 kg:
  • Cost per kilogram = 100 USD
  • For 0-3 kg: Cost: 300 USD
  • For 15 kg: First 10 kg = 1,000 USD, Additional 5 kg (half price) = 250 USD, Total cost = 1,250 USD
Is it safe to send items via travelers?
Yes, all items must pass through airport security checks and are then directly handed over to the traveler. This ensures both safety and compliance with regulations.

How can I register as a traveler?
Simply create an account, enter your travel route, and receive item delivery offers.
Can I set my own fee for carrying items?
Yes, you can propose your preferred fee for each item, and senders can approve it.
What should I do if a sent item causes problems?
All items must comply with the law. If you notice any suspicious cases, contact our support team immediately.
